Julia embarked on her accounting career at LGC&D, PC, specializing in internal accounting and tax preparation. In 2005, she transitioned to a different facet of the industry, joining IBT (later acquired by State Street Bank). Here, she concentrated on recordkeeping and auditing for U.S Exchange-Traded Funds, leading an accounting team of 30 at its peak before the 2008 market crash.
In 2013, Julia took her expertise to the non-profit sector, joining the Conservation Law Foundation in Boston, MA. Her role involved providing forecast reporting, assisting with audits, addressing internal accounting and finance needs, and finalizing financial statements for the Board of Directors. By 2014, she shifted her focus to extending the same proficient, proactive, and professional services typically associated with large corporations to startups and small business owners.
Since then, Julia has played a pivotal role in the growth of JPBS, catering to the operational needs of startups, small, and medium-sized businesses. Her emphasis on efficiencies, accuracies, and delivering peace of mind to business owners has been a driving force behind JPBS's continued success.
